Physical Education
In the Physical Education Department of Evergreen High School, we teach students to use a variety of skills to participate in activities, apply strategy in game play, exercise regularly and demonstrate how to stay fit, recognize the value of physical activity, and act fairly, responsibly, and respectfully when participating.
One semester of physical education coursework is required for graduation. The EHS PE Department offers courses in:
- Team Sports which is designed to motivate and teach students about health-related fitness, teamwork and fair play
- Recreational Sports which offers many opportunities for Outdoor Recreation
