Graduation Rehearsal
Wednesday, May 14 – 9:00 a.m. in the Gym
*All students who plan on participating in Graduation at Red Rocks must attend rehearsal*
Senior Luncheon
Wednesday, May 14 at the Evergreen Lake House beginning at 11:00 am following graduation rehearsal.
Graduation Ceremony 2025
Thursday, May 15th, 2025 -9 am at Red Rocks Amphitheater (Seating/Parking Details)
*Graduates are to report at TBD. to the top three rows of Red Rocks Amphitheater.*
There are no tickets required for this event. Students are welcome to invite as many family members and friends as they want; please be aware of parking costs per vehicle.
General Information
Cap & Gown – Caps & Gowns will be distributed at the rehearsal on May 14th after all fines and fees are cleared. Caps & Gowns can be ordered through Jostens at (303) 985-0095.
Ceremony Expectations
Graduation is a dignified celebration; please act accordingly. Please dress appropriately. All gowns must be zipped. Caps should be worn flat and level. Administration reserves the right to disallow anything considered inappropriate for the occasion. Please be respectful to all graduates and attendees. Please refrain from using noisemakers during the ceremony.
Diplomas
Diplomas will be provided to graduates at the rehearsal. Legal names are printed on diplomas and read at graduation.
Fines & Fees
All fines and fees must be cleared and books/materials returned to pick up the graduate cap and gown at the graduation rehearsal. Fines and fees can be paid on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Contact Rebecca Lein with finance questions at rebecca.lein@jeffco.k12.co.us or (303) 982-3064.
Handicap/Elderly/Disabled
Arrive early.....the gates open an hour before the ceremony. Row 1 is reserved for WHEELCHAIRS ONLY. Rows 1-4 are for those who have limited mobility or require accessibility. The first handicap shuttles will begin transporting an hour before the ceremony from the Upper South Lot. All others are expected to walk. It takes extra time to situate the elderly/handicapped in their seats, and the ceremony begins promptly at the start time. Avoid the inevitable traffic congestion. Guests should arrive as early as possible to ensure space availability and to reach their seats before the start time.You do not need to contact the school to utilize the shuttle.There will be help (Red Rocks security, EHS Junior Escorts, and EHS officials) available at Red Rocks if you need assistance on the day of Graduation.

Parking
Red Rocks charges $12.50 per car in advance (advance purchase) or $15 at the gates (Credit Card Only, No Cash). The parking lot can get congested, and the walk is tough. Please plan accordingly and plan to arrive early. Red Rocks Parking Map

Photos can be purchased from Lifetouch.
VideoWe work with a 3rd party vendor to live-stream Graduation on the day of the event. We also have a recorded copy of the graduation available on the school website the day after graduation.
Weather
Graduation will occur rain or shine. Please be prepared! If there is lightning, there will likely be a delay but not a cancellation. The weather would have to be very severe to move the ceremony to an alternate location. Please check the EHS website and social media for updates if this occurs.
